Students in grades 6th and 9th will be screened for spinal deformities - $10.00 fee

BOYS - Will need to wear gym shorts and remove their shirts

GIRLS - Are required to wear a sports bra or a swimsuit top under their gym shirt and shorts.

If you child has been screened by a physician or screening facility as of May 2008, please provide documentation before March 2nd.

Students without spinal screening documentation on file will be screened.
