All new students at CLCS, as well as all Kinder, First, Third, Fifth, and Seventh Graders will have their vision and hearing tested on October 20th-24th. This is a state requirement to help identify students who need vision or hearing correction. All of these students will be screened unless we have proof that they have been examined by a health care professional since May 1, 2008. You must provide documentation of the examination to Nurse Linda by Friday, Oct. 17th.

Students who wear glasses need to bring them to the screening.

Cost: The vision is $5.00 and the hearing is $5.00. Total screening cost is $10.00. This amount will be charged to your account.
